2. Service Description

PatternChallenges is a pattern recognition training platform for K-12 schools. Our services include:

• 12 bilingual cognitive training challenges (EN/ES)
• Student accounts with progress tracking and leaderboards
• Teacher dashboards for classroom management
• Administrator tools for license management
• Competitive ranking and leaderboard system
• Automated support chat for technical assistance

3. Account Types and Responsibilities

Administrators

• Manage institution license and billing
• Create and manage teacher accounts
• Ensure organizational compliance

Teachers

• Create class codes and manage enrollment
• Supervise student platform use
• Monitor student progress and rankings

Students

• Use platform for educational purposes only
• Maintain respectful conduct
• Not share accounts or access others' data

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You May:

• Use the platform for educational purposes
• Participate in leaderboard competitions
• Generate reports for educational assessment

You May Not:

• Share credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to hack or compromise the platform
• Manipulate leaderboard standings or results
• Use automated tools or bots
• Resell or redistribute platform access

5. Support Chat Services

PatternChallenges provides an automated support chat feature to assist users with common questions and technical issues.

Nature of Support Chat

• The support chat uses automated responses powered by a knowledge base
• Responses are generated automatically and may not address all situations
• Complex issues may be directed to email support for human assistance

Appropriate Use of Support Chat

• Use the chat for legitimate support questions about the platform
• Do not share sensitive personal information (passwords, financial data)
• Do not use inappropriate, offensive, or abusive language
• Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse the automated system

Limitations

• Support chat is provided "as is" and may not resolve all issues
• We do not guarantee response times for escalated support tickets

6. Licensing and Payment

• Licenses are granted per-student, per-year
• Pricing based on tier selected (Starter, School, District)
• Licenses are non-transferable between institutions
• All features included at every tier
• We accept purchase orders from accredited schools

7. Intellectual Property

Pattern Challenges LLC owns all rights to the PatternChallenges platform, challenges, trademarks, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform during your active subscription for educational purposes.

Student display names remain property of the respective users/institutions.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription.
