The chat uses automated responses to answer common questions about login issues, registration, class codes, and technical problems
Chat messages are processed in real-time to provide immediate assistance
If the automated system cannot resolve your issue, you may be directed to email our support team

To respond to support tickets when escalated to human support

Chat Data Retention

Chat logs clear when you close the chat window - they are not permanently stored
Support tickets (escalated issues) are retained until resolved, then archived for up to 1 year
Aggregated, anonymized chat analytics may be retained to improve our services

💡 Tip: Avoid sharing sensitive personal information (like full names of minors or passwords) in the support chat. Our automated system does not need this information to help you.
